This custom made tool aids in the removal of stuck or hard to turn dipsticks on select Continental and Lycoming aircraft engines.
In the flight school enviroment you never know who flew the plane before you. While it may not be a common occurance sometimes an over zealous pilot might have over-tightened the dipstick making it diffucult to remove during your preflight. This tool solves that issue.

Machine turned on a CNC machine press out of aircraft grade aluminum.
Hand stamped, enamel filled "Cook" logo.
Stamped serial number ensures authenticity
Commercial grade rubber coated drive prevents chipping paint and marring of dipstick.
An offset T-handle allows for maximum torque.
The head of the wrench is constructed to only allow for untightening of dipstick and will slip if accidentally turned in the wrong direction.
